GOP strategist Brian Fraley said he’s already seeing “less sniping” on the ground. And, he says, Republicans who might recoil at Trump’s Twitter habits are now slowly becoming convinced to hold their noses in favor of his position on abortion, guns, immigration and court appointments.

“They don’t like the Twitter, they’re nervous about the tariffs but they’re scared witless about Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders or Pete Buttigieg,” said Fraley. “Nothing rallies a diverse group of people like a common opponent.”
